Playbook opt-in walkthrough
Step-by-step click through the playbook opt-in flow, with the live Scribe embedded.
For Workspace owners (franchisees). Hub admins can preview but can't opt in from the Hub context — switch to a workspace first.

Open the Playbook Shop
Paid Social Ads → Playbooks → Shop. Browse what your Hub has published.
Click Opt In on a playbook
Each card shows the recommended budget, schedule, and ad previews. Use View Details if you want the full description first.
Complete the launch checklist (left sidebar)
Schedule → Budget → Media → Questions → Review. Sections only appear if your Hub requires input there.
Submit & Deploy
Flamel creates your Meta campaigns automatically. You'll see deployment progress, then a confirmation.

Schedule
Appears for evergreen playbooks or when your Hub left the schedule open. Start date must be at least 24 hours out; end date is required for Lifetime budgets.
Budget
Pick Use Recommended unless you have a reason to deviate.

Media upload (Workspace-Level only)
JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP up to 8MB. Minimum 1 image per ad. Tabs for Marketing, Square, and Logo sizes — fill them as your Hub specifies.
Questions
Required questions have an asterisk. Be specific — your answers affect targeting and follow-up. If you only need to answer questions without launching ads, check "I'm not interested in ads at this time" at the bottom.
Review
Confirm the ad previews show your location's name and details. Spot-check targeting (radius, age, audience) and final budget before submitting.

Re-running an evergreen playbook
When an evergreen campaign completes, the card shows Opt In Again with your previous schedule duration and budget pre-filled. Confirm or adjust, then submit. Each run gets a new run number (Run 2, Run 3…).
Troubleshooting
- Submit button is disabled → A required checklist item isn't done. Check the sidebar for empty circles.
- Images won't upload → JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP only, max 8MB each.
- Shop is empty → Your Hub hasn't published any playbooks yet. Ask them.
