The model in one paragraph
Your Organization contains Hubs (franchisors / brands) that distribute content to Workspaces (franchisees / locations). Users live at the organization level and can be assigned to workspaces or to hubs. Permissions and approval workflows are organization-wide.
Single Hub (most common)
Loading diagram...
- Hub distributes content; workspaces receive it read-only
- Workspaces still create their own local content and run their own socials
Multi-Hub (agencies, multi-brand groups)
Loading diagram...
- Multiple Hubs operate independently
- Users can have access to multiple Hubs
- Organization-level settings (permissions, billing) still apply across all
