Connected Accounts

Connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X to publish posts and run ads.

Workspaces own their own connections. Hub admins can connect on a workspace's behalf during onboarding by switching into that workspace's context.

Open Manage → Connected Accounts. Each platform connects via OAuth — Flamel never sees your password.

Pick your side

You connect your own location's social accounts.

Connect LinkedInConnect LinkedIn — needs Company Page admin
Connect TikTok / XSame pattern, OAuth flow
Reconnect when expiredConnection expired

You need admin access on the brand pages (editor isn't enough). If you're the franchisee, that's usually you. If pages are corporate-owned, your Hub may need to grant admin first.

During onboarding, you connect socials for the workspace using brand admin access.

TaskWhere
Switch into the workspace contextTop-left switcher → pick workspace
Run the full connection flowScribe: Connect socials, ad account, pixel ↗
Confirm pages, ad account, pixelConnected Accounts shows status per platform
Hand off to the franchiseeAfter connection, transfer admin if needed

Why you might do this: new franchisee doesn't have admin access yet, brand pages are centrally managed, or you're setting up before the kickoff call.

Maintaining connections

  • Refresh — click an account showing "Expiring Soon" → Refresh extends the token
  • Reconnect — for disconnected accounts, click Reconnect and re-authorize
  • Remove — Disconnect removes the account; reassign scheduled posts first or they'll fail
