Common issues

| Can't log in | Login issues |
| Account showed up as Disconnected | Connection expired |
| Post failed to publish | Almost always an expired connection. Click the failed post → see the error → reconnect. |
| Media won't upload | JPG/PNG/MP4 etc., 4 GB max. Check platform-specific limits too. |
| Can't find a feature | Some features require permissions — ask your Hub admin to enable |

- Clear browser cache (
