Login issues

Password resets, 2FA, locked accounts, browser problems, SSO.

Forgot password

  1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page
  2. Enter your account email
  3. Check inbox (and spam) for the reset email (link valid 24 hr)
  4. Set a new password

Not getting the email? Make sure you used the right email, then contact support.

"Invalid email or password"

  • Check for typos in email
  • Check caps lock — passwords are case-sensitive
  • Reset password if unsure
  • If you have multiple Flamel accounts, confirm you're using the right one

Account locked

Too many failed attempts triggers a temporary lock.

  • Wait 15–30 minutes — auto-expires
  • Or reset your password — also unlocks
  • Still locked after an hour? Contact support.

2FA problems

Lost the authenticator app: contact support, verify identity, they'll reset 2FA.

Codes not working:

  • Check phone's time is on "automatic" — drift breaks TOTP
  • Try the next 30-second code
  • Don't reuse already-used backup codes

Browser issues

SSO

  • Use the SSO button, don't enter a password
  • Confirm your org account is still active
  • Sign into Google/Microsoft first, then try Flamel
