Connection expired
Why social connections expire and how to reconnect fast.
For Workspace owners. Hub admins can also reconnect by switching into the workspace's context.
Why it happens
| Cause | Fix |

| 60–90 day inactivity | Reconnect (LinkedIn especially) |
| You lost admin role on the Page | Get admin role back, then reconnect |

Reconnect
Open Connected Accounts
Manage → Connected Accounts.
Click Reconnect on the red account
You'll redirect to the platform's login.
Log in and re-authorize Flamel
Same OAuth flow as the original connection.
Confirm scheduled posts retry
They retry automatically once the connection is restored.
Per-platform tips

| Facebook / Instagram | Be logged into the admin account before clicking Reconnect |
| Tokens expire after 1 year; need Company Page admin | |
| TikTok | Confirm you're in the right TikTok account |
| X | Reconnect after password changes |
Reduce future disruptions
- Don't change social passwords casually
- Glance at Connected Accounts weekly
- Keep notifications on for connection alerts
- Keep admin roles on the business Pages
If reconnect keeps failing
- Remove the account entirely, then add fresh
- Confirm admin access on the Page / Company Page
- Try an incognito browser window
- Check the platform's status page (could be their API)
