Connect third-party tools — Mindbody and more.
For Hub admins. Workspaces inherit connections set at the Hub.
Open Manage → Integrations.
What integrations do

Mindbody
For fitness, wellness, and similar businesses. Syncs:
- Client data → ad targeting audiences
- Location info → automatic location records
- Membership status / behavior → audience segments (e.g., "lapsed members" for win-back campaigns)
Connect
- Manage → Integrations → pick the integration → Connect
- Authorize Flamel in the external service
- Configure sync — which data, how often, field mapping
- Status flips to Active

Per-integration:
- What data syncs
- Cadence (automatic schedule vs manual trigger)
- Field mapping
- Manual Sync Now if you need fresh data right away
Disconnect
Open the integration → Disconnect. Stops future sync. Data previously imported (audiences, locations) stays in Flamel.
Data & privacy
Review the permissions during authorization — most integrations request only the minimum needed. If you import customer data, ensure your privacy policy covers Flamel as a processor.
