Posts and content

Can I edit a post after it's published? No. Edit directly on the platform, or delete and recreate in Flamel.

Can I edit a Playbook after deployment? The template, yes — changes affect future opt-ins. Deployed campaigns stay unchanged in Meta. Use Open in Ads Manager to edit a live ad.

Hub vs Workspace

What's a Hub vs a Workspace?

  • Hub = franchisor (corporate). Read-write on brand assets, playbooks, broadcasts.
  • Workspace = franchisee (location). Receives Hub content read-only; manages own socials, ads, posts.

Workspace icon vs Hub icon?

  • ShipWheel = Hub
  • Layers = Workspace

Can a Workspace user see other workspaces' data? No. Workspaces are isolated. Only Hub admins see cross-workspace data.
