Command Center
Cross-workspace view of every campaign with bulk pause, budget, and schedule controls.
For Hub admins. Workspace users see only their own campaigns; Command Center is the network-wide view.
What it gives you
| Surface | Use case |
|---|---|
| Performance cards | Network-wide spend, impressions, CPC, CTR, conversions |
| Campaign list | Every active campaign across workspaces, filterable |
| Workspace sidebar | Drill into one franchisee or compare several |
| Bulk actions | Pause / activate, budget shifts, schedule updates across selections |
Open it
Paid Social Ads → Analyze → Command Center, or from any playbook detail → Command Center (filters to that playbook's campaigns).
Common workflows
Update ad set schedules in bulk
Pick campaigns → bulk Update Schedule → new end date. Open Scribe ↗
Bulk budget shift
Pick campaigns → Adjust Budgets → choose % or $ change. Updates apply to selected campaigns immediately.
Pause or activate
Pick campaigns → Pause or Activate. Useful for halting a promotion across the network in one action.
Verify a new location appeared after onboarding
Filter to the playbook → confirm the new workspace's campaigns show up. If missing, recheck the onboarding workflow — Ad Configuration + playbook scope.
Custom dashboards
New Dashboard → name it, pick metrics, filter to workspaces or playbooks → save. Useful for:
- Daily monitoring of active campaigns
- Per-region or per-playbook performance
- Stakeholder reporting (export CSV)
Best practice
- Check daily during active campaigns. Underperforming campaigns waste budget every hour.
- Set Alerts so you don't have to remember to check.
- Filter to what needs attention. High-CPR, low-spend, or paused campaigns first.
- Diagnose before acting. High cost-per-result could be targeting, creative fatigue, or seasonal — different fixes.
