Lead forms

Collect leads inside Facebook/Instagram with Meta Instant Forms.

Hub admins build templates; Workspaces use their per-Page copies. Lead forms live in Meta — Flamel syncs them in.

Lead forms capture contact info without leaving Facebook/Instagram. The form opens when someone clicks an ad and arrives pre-filled with the user's profile data — much higher conversion than a landing-page form.

Workflow

Build the form template in Meta

Meta Ads Manager → All Tools → Instant Forms → Create Form. Keep it short — every field reduces completion.

Open Scribe: Creating an Instant Form ↗

Copy to each workspace's Facebook Page

Each Page needs its own copy so leads route to the correct location's inbox/CRM.

Sync into Flamel

In each workspace's Ad Configuration → Lead Capture → Sync Forms.

Attach in Ad Configuration

Set the synced form as the active lead form for the audience type.

Reference in a lead-objective playbook

Create the playbook with Leads as the objective. The audience type's lead form is used at deploy. See Lead capture playbooks.

Form design

  • Keep it short. Name + email + phone is usually enough. More questions = fewer leads.
  • Prefer pre-filled standard fields. Name, email, phone, city are zero-friction.
  • Save custom questions for the end. Standard fields build momentum; thinking fields belong last.
  • Set Thank You expectations. Tell people exactly what happens next ("we'll call within 24 hours").

Follow-up

Speed wins — leads contacted within minutes convert far better than hours-later. Set up:

  • Page Inbox notifications or assigned responders
  • CRM integration (Meta-native or Zapier)
  • Auto-responder email so the lead knows they were received

Viewing leads in Flamel

Paid Social Ads → Organize → Lead Forms shows synced forms. Click a form to see its leads tab and export CSV.

Hub feature: copy form to workspaces

For consistent data collection across the network, Hub builds the form once and uses Copy to Workspaces to push it to selected workspace Pages. Each workspace ends up with their own copy that routes to their own Page Inbox.
