Close a workspace
Permanently shut down a location — stop billing, disconnect, delete.
For Hub admins. This is destructive. Workspace deletion removes post history, analytics, and media permanently. Export first if you need records.
Steps
Stop active playbooks and campaigns
Switch into the closing workspace, open Paid Social Ads → Playbooks, and cancel any active opt-ins. Confirm campaigns have stopped in Meta Ads Manager.
Pause or cancel the budget
Go to Billing → Budgets and pause or cancel the workspace's Stripe subscription. Pausing stops the next invoice without losing the subscription; cancelling is permanent.
Export data you need
Analytics CSV, media library downloads, calendar review — pull anything you want to keep.
Disconnect social accounts
Connected Accounts → disconnect everything. Prevents Flamel from trying to post to accounts that may be deactivated.
Remove or unassign the user
Organization → User Seats → remove the user (if leaving entirely) or unassign from this workspace only (if they own other locations).
Delete the workspace
Organization → Workspaces → open → Settings → Delete Workspace. Confirm.
Clean up the Location and Ad Configuration
Remove the closed location from Hub Locations and from the Ad Configuration table so it doesn't appear in targeting or reports.
