Alert types
Performance, milestone, creation, and change alerts — when to use each.
Performance Change

| Baseline | Yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days |
Example: CPC increased 25% vs 7-day average → email.
Milestone
Triggers when a cumulative metric hits a target.
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Metric | Impressions, clicks, conversions, leads, spend |
| Target | The number to hit |
| Frequency | Once per campaign, or every Nth interval |
Example: 100 leads → email + in-app.
Creation
Triggers when a new campaign / ad set / ad is created. Useful for Hub visibility into franchisee activity.
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Object type | Campaign, ad set, ad |
| Scope | All workspaces or specific ones |
Example: Any new campaign created → daily digest email.
Change
Triggers when settings are modified. Audit trail for team coordination.
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Change types | Budget, status, targeting, creative |
| Scope | Selected campaigns or all |
Example: Daily budget changed by >20% → immediate email.
Combining alerts
Most monitoring uses several types together:
| Goal | Alert(s) |
|---|---|
| Catch performance issues | Performance Change |
| Track progress | Milestone |
| Hub oversight | Creation + Change (daily digests) |
| Team coordination | Change on key fields |
Start with Performance Change (most immediately actionable). Layer in Milestone and Creation/Change as your monitoring needs become clearer.
