Creating posts

Add media

Drag-drop into the media panel or click to browse.

For carousels, drag thumbnails to reorder — first image shows in feeds.

Click the edit icon on any image to crop, add text overlays, apply filters, or pull from Brand Kit.

Write the caption

Use the Luna button for AI: generate options, improve existing text, add hashtags, translate.

Each platform has its own limit (see Platform settings). The editor warns when you near the cap.

Use variables (broadcasts only)

For Hub broadcasts, personalize per location:

Select accounts

Workspace users: pick from your connected accounts.

Hub broadcasts: pick account types (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). The post goes to every workspace's account of that type. Filter which workspaces receive it (All / Groups / Selected).
