Blog Editor

Write, format, schedule, and publish posts.

For everyone. Workspaces typically publish to their own site; Hubs can share post ideas via Blog Ideas.

Create a post

Blog → Create → New Blog Post. The editor opens immediately.

Start with a title — clear, specific, includes relevant keywords. It's what readers see in search results and on your blog index.

Formatting

ElementUse for
HeadingsH2 for sections, H3 for subsections. The editor handles H1 (your title) automatically.
Bold / italicKey concepts and emphasis. Don't overuse.
ListsBulleted for unordered items, numbered for steps.
Block quotesHighlight key takeaways or quoted material.

Media

Insert images from the Media Library or upload directly.

  • Always add alt text — accessibility + SEO. Short, accurate description of what the image shows.
  • Captions are optional. Use when an image needs context.
  • One image every ~300 words keeps long-form content scannable.
