Working with AI well
- Be specific. "Make this more actionable by adding three concrete steps" beats "make this better."
- Review and edit. AI is fast but doesn't have your expertise, personal experiences, or audience knowledge.
- Use as a starting point. Best workflow: AI drafts, you refine.
- Add what only you can. Personal anecdotes, customer examples, your unique take — AI can't invent these.
Important
- Verify factual claims. AI can state outdated or incorrect things confidently. Fact-check stats, names, technical details.
- Don't auto-publish AI content. Inaccuracies, generic voice, and content that doesn't truly serve your audience are the risks.
- Readers connect with human voices. AI helps you express your ideas better — it doesn't replace having them.
