Playbook Opt-In Forms, Opt-In Reports, and Smarter Boosted Posts
We've been heads down refining the Flamel platform to give you more control, cleaner data and fewer "wait, what just happened?" moments. Let's get into what's new.
Playbook Opt-In Forms - Replace Google Forms
Previously, to get franchisee decisions or feedback on promotions, franchisees needed to run a separate Google Form or questionnaire. Now those opt-in questions live inside Flamel, inline with playbook responses for budgets, media customizations and more. That means franchisors can personalize their playbooks in one flow while franchisors get the added details they need without chasing down extra forms.

Playbook Opt-In Reports
Need a clean, exportable view of who's opted into your Social Ad Playbooks? Now you've got it. Playbook Opt-In Reports give franchisors and hub managers a downloadable spreadsheet with everything you need to review opt-in activity across your network. Here's what's included:
- Playbook name, useful if you've included offer names in titles
- Workspace name, to see which franchisee or location opted in
- Opt-in status, shows if they fully opted in or just submitted answers
- Budget amount and type, daily vs. lifetime
- Opt-in date, formatted for easy reading
- Form responses, every question gets its own column with readable answers
You can export this from the Playbook dashboard after selecting one or more campaigns. It's great for tracking adoption, following up on incomplete opt-ins or reviewing which promos are getting picked up.

Questions-Only Opt-Ins Are Easier Than Ever
Not every Playbook needs a full-blown media upload and budget setup. Sometimes, you just want key inputs without asking franchisees to commit to ad spend they do not want included. Questions-Only opt-ins let you gather decisions and feedback while keeping budgets optional, which is especially helpful when franchisees are focused on channels like email and SMS that are not yet supported in Flamel Playbooks. With the new Questions-Only opt-in mode:
- Franchisees can answer required questions without submitting media or budgets
- Responses are still stored, visible and exportable
- Opt-in status will show as "Questions Only" for easy tracking
- You'll still get full visibility into who has responded and what they've submitted
This makes it super simple to gather input before a full launch, whether you're gauging interest or getting buys-in on campaign offers.
