Hubs v1 is here. This is the foundation for everything franchise in Flamel.
What is a Hub?
A Hub is your franchise headquarters—the central command for managing content, media, and brand assets across all your franchise locations (Workspaces).
With Hubs, franchisors can:
- Distribute content to all locations from one place
- Share media libraries so franchisees always have approved assets
- Manage templates that locations can use and customize
- Control brand guidelines across the network
Hub Media Library
Upload once, use everywhere:
- Media uploaded to the Hub is automatically available to all member Workspaces
- Franchisees can view and clone Hub media to their local libraries
- Keep brand assets centralized while giving locations flexibility
Hub Templates
Create reusable content templates at the Hub level:
- Build caption templates with brand-approved messaging
- Templates are available to all member Workspaces
- Locations can use templates as-is or customize them
Hub-Specific Caption Generation
AI-generated captions now understand your Hub's brand context:
- Captions pull from Hub brand guidelines
- Consistent voice across all locations
- Franchisees get on-brand suggestions automatically
Hub Member Management
Control who has access:
- Add and remove Hub admins
- Invite organizations to join your Hub
- View all member Workspaces from one dashboard
